PCM was founded with the commitment of assisting people in peaceful resolutions to conflict. To accomplish this commitment, PCM offers a variety of services and training programs in conflict management.

Leeanne EaglesonLeeanne Eagleson comes to PCM with over 15 years experience working in fast-paced, high energy business environments. She has extensive experience coaching individuals with performance problems and development needs.

She has developed her knowledge of conflict management through working with experienced mediators and obtaining a Certificate in Mediation and Dispute Resolution from the University of Santa Barbara. Additionally, Leeanne obtained a Master of Business Administration with the esteemed Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. Moreover, Leeanne is an Adjunct Professor for the University of La Verne, teaching under-graduate students in the Foundations of Business Ethics.

Leeanne is committed to helping individuals more effectively deal with challenging situations, differing conflict styles, and difficult people. Leeanne is an active member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the Southern California Mediation Association, and the California Dispute Resolution Council. Currently, Leeanne mediates with California Academy Mediation Professionals and is a member of the Master Mediator Institute, an intellectually vibrant and diverse community of mediators, executives and educators devoted to enhancing insight, knowledge and innovation about the art and science of mediation, negotiation, and facilitated decision making.

Mike Eagleson J.D.
Mike Eagleson’s professional career spans over 20 years in the workplace conflict management field with a proven track record. During his career, Mike has represented management and labor in collective bargaining, grievance proceedings, internal affairs investigations, and in arbitration hearings.

Mike has extensive training from top institutions including, obtaining a Master Degree in Dispute Resolution from the prestigious Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from Trinity Law School, and Master Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne. In addition, Mike has obtained a professional Certificate in Labor Relations from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and completed classes at Harvard Law School’s in their Negotiation Program.

Since 1996, Mike has taught at the University of La Verne and currently holds the position of Senior Adjunct Professor. During his tenure, Mike has taught courses in Conflict Management, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, and Public Administration. Additionally, the University has called upon Mike to lead seminars for community leaders in areas such as “Dealing with Difficult People”.

Mike is an active member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the Southern California Mediation Association, California Dispute Resolution Council, and the Labor and Employment Relations Association. Currently, Mike mediates with California Academy Mediation Professionals and serves as a neutral for the Los Angeles County Civil Service Commission, the Los Angeles Superior Court, and Cornell University Panel of Neutrals. Furthermore, Mike is a member of the Mediation Works Incorporate Panel, specializing in resolving difficult business, commercial, and organizational disputes.
